Wrapping Your Post with Ads

I discovered that there are quite a lot of adseners want to how to wrap their posts with adsense ads. In fact, it is fairly easy to do so. Today, one such question was raised by Anees in the Adsense Help Forum, and hence I decided to reveal this adsense secret to you. With such nice blending of ads with the background, you can easily have higher CTR.

The procedures are fairly simple. This tricks can be used in the blogs blogger.com, it you are using Wordpress or other blogging softwares, you are on your own.

2. Copy the adsense code as usual.

2. Go to the template of your blog and find <$BlogItemBody$>.

3. Add the table align portion of html that you see at the beginning and end of your adsense code in the photo below.

4. Check out the beginning and end of the AdSense code with the added html. I placed the adsense code in my template (after the "post body" and before the "post footer") using the 125X125 button format.

5. Remember to go into your blogger Settings, click on Formatting, scroll to the bottom of the page and set Enable float alignment to NO.

Just like other editing with the template of your blog. Make sure you have saved the template doing anything. If you stick to the procedures I have mentioned, I'm sure you will have the same success changing the look of your blog as I did. Some templates are set up differently so you will have to experiment to see if this works on your template. I am still using the old blogger version. If you are using new verison, you need to find another solution. Please leave me any comment if you have idea on how to do the same thing in new version or even in Wordpress.

Hello, Its Anees from Love Shore I have done as Swinger said. But I cant find <$BlogItemBody$> in the whole HTML codes of my templates. If you wish, I'll send you my codes. I think, In blogger beta (new blogger) we cannot wrap the Adsense codes in our posts. I am using new blogger (Blogger combined with Google account).

I tried to use new version of blogger, and some of the settings have been changed. I suggest, if you really want to wrap your ads with text, try to revert back to the old version.

Thank you very much for your question. I hope you enjoy the blog.

Antash,

I think when you switch to use the new version of blogger. All the old blogs will then be changed to the new vresion without a problem.

The <&BlogItemBody&> should be near the post-header. Feel free to contact me if you still have problems with it.

Hi starcraft,

You can also try to implemnet the HTML code. I also tested it in new blogger, and should be fine too.

Please put a back link to my site.

Hi saiffuddin,

Nice to meet you again.
Well, there is no big difference between the old and new version of blogger. I may consider to do so if there are further requests.

Thanks.

Hi Jake,

Yes, this is for classic blogger only. In new blogger, you can insert the ads inbetween the posts by adding a new element there.

By the way, thanks for your sharing and your blog looks good.

Hi Pravesh,

You can either add the Adsense code into the HTML code inside the template tab, or add a new element inside the layout tab, in order to show the Adsense ads. Both methods work.

Hi ladyheart,

Yes, this trick still applies when you use Bidvertiser javascript code.
