When I was not here for nearly 4 months, there are many updates from Google Adsense. Though they may not be a hot and fresh announcement anymore, I think it worths to mention in this blog again which specifically talk about Google Adsense. The first update I am going to say is the new payment option - the Western Union. In addition to the existing payments like cheques and EFT, Western Union is the third option you can take, if you are within the designated countries. This is pretty much like EFT where only limited locations are available.

You can now withdraw your earning in your Adsense account from Western Union within a day after your payment date. So you don't need to wait for 2-3 weeks for the check payment. Your Western Union Quick Cash payment will be made in US dollars. However, at most Western Union agents, you may be able to pick up your payment in your local currency.

This is very usefull for people who live outside USA. But until now payment by Western Union is currently available in the following countries and areas:

* China (Mainland)
* Malaysia
* Pakistan
* Romania
* Philippines
* Argentina
* Chile
* Peru
* Colombia

Unluckily, Hong Kong is not in the list, and I hope someday it will be included for Western Union payment option.
